I had ordered this goal by $ 439. 90 with Adorama again in November 2008. This issue was again convicted and had to wait 3 months before they finally canceled and also seen to increase prices substantially. I took the Nikon 50 mm 1. 8D $ 109 as an alternative with which I am very happy. I do not value such a high price to pay for 1. 4G, no doubt, this is an amazing goal, but not worth paying over 3 times more. As I write this review, the price of 1. 4G has increased to $ 500. Just not worth it. Get the 1. 8D in place. Rating: 2 / 5

  • As we all know that F1 of 50 mm. 4 is the best race lens, review of detail that I have not done yet, but looking in the first instance of my target and taking two shots, it looks great. Although its expensive. Comes with hood. Rating: 4 / 5

Good quick attention, depth of field is as expected in F1. 4. The speed and the fixed length have given me more opportunities, but also made me think more about how I’ve been shooting with a higher (17-35,28-70) lentes.La only thing that might be “better “that the 50mm would be a 35 mm f1. 4 on my D300 ~ 50mm for an effective field of view. Rating: 5 / 5

  • Good basic primary objective. Bought because we need / is / / recommended lens for classes of pictures and many exercises. It forces you to be closer to their subject. Is closer to “human eye” observation. It is an objective expsensvie: I read very good reviews on this goal. Rating: 5 / 5
