I bought this target mounted on the K10D had just Orgeres. I also needed to mount the lens on other Pentax film cameras. This lens is perfect compromise between the need, cost and quality. It produces outstanding images. I wish I could have the budget for the AF28-300 at the time. The extra focal length would be nice. The only complaint I have about this objective is that the zoom feels a little more subdued in the mid range of focal length. Rating: 4 / 5
